I believe I was born with an insatiable curiosity. Because my parents left me to my own devices regarding my interests, I have been pursuing what I want to do since early childhood. Growing up, this curiosity expanded to include not only personal hobbies but also societal issues. There was a time when I wanted to avoid serious news broadcasts on morning TV shows. However, my attitude towards such news eventually shifted: I choose to actively seek out information rather than passively consuming it. This mindset has enabled me to cultivate high literacy in many areas, including internet usage. If I had simply avoided any news that took a toll on my mental well-being back then, I would currently suffer from complete illiteracy regarding the world around me.
